Hi!
I haven't been on deviantART for many many years, however I've recently acquired a better camera and my first ever graphics tablet. I've started getting back into art more and am starting out into the world of digital art completely from scratch. So I'm back! :P I'm looking forward to meeting people with similar interests, looking at others work, and haopefully getting a bit of feedback to improve my own :)

Yeah I don't really know how this'll all show up, but I don't get many pageviews anyway so it doesn't really matter =P
I keep meaning to actually write in the journal thing anyway so I might as well now I'm here.
Um.. *thinks* Well today's not been the most interesting of days: worked the 12-5.30 shift at the bakers where I have a saturday job. It's not all bad, but making sandwiches for other people all day gets dull, and if you're hungry it's very hard standing in front of a huge selection of cakes and such!
Least I get a decent wage, and if I'm ever gonna manage travelling a bit next summer then I'd better try to save a bit more...

Listen, I'm a new member of deviantart. i mostly made this to stay in touch with friends, and to find good artists to draw pictures for my book. you know, like illustrate. I know it's unlikely i'll ever get it published, but could you check it out anyway? [link]
see, the reason i want to find good pictures for my book is all the pictures that go with the descriptions of characters on my website are all pictures copied off search engines. they arent mine, i even have a disclaimer on the home page saying they are just to help people understand what the characters look like. i was wondering if you could check out my site, look through my book, and see if youre interested in drawing some of the wolf characters in it. check out all the pages, and keep in mind its not finished. i would give you credit if you would draw some of the characters pictures for me. contact me at davidson_skyler@yahoo.com although my real name isnt skyler Davidson, it is my pen name. perhaps one day i could tell you my real name, if you'll do this for me. thank you for reading this, and please do consider helping me. Hehe, no. It means I'm scared of falling in some and drowning 
I can drink water just fine (my friend spent about a month jumping out at me with a bottle of water shouting "boo" to test me), I just panic in busy swimming pools, on little boats etc. And I have to shut my eyes if people go underwater in films.. *shudder*

Ohhhh hahaha, duhhhhh Ok well that's good then... I don't much care for swimming myself, at least not in pools or opaque water (where you can't see bottom). It's just that I know about 6 people who hate drinking water, they say it's "gross" and "boring" and "why drink water when there's juice/coke/milk/beer?" 3 of them drink only Pepsi and alcohol, blech
I can understand not wanting to drink the shitty treated tap water in Halifax, since it's got not only chlorine, but fluoride in it (wtf?!), but what's the matter with spring water? It's not gross! They just have to stop dulling their tastebuds with flavored drinks that are shitty for them anyways...
